Alaska Founded
Finn and Burk Trading Company was founded in the Alaskan wilderness; on Norris Glacier in the Juneau Icefield. Apparently too many days spent out in nature leads to big dreams and a clothing store launch. But it was the adventures we had out in the Alaskan wilderness that inspired us the most.
The beauty of adventure is found everywhere you go; and honestly like we said; that’s what inspired us to create Finn and Burk. The adventure. Our adventures, your adventures, the spirit of the wild and its grand adventure. Surfing in the Pacific? Adventure. Dog sledding on a glacier? Adventure. Hiking seven miles down the wrong trail to the middle of nowhere? Adventure. Baking cookies with Grandma? Also an adventure.
That adventure is what we aim to instill in every piece of clothing and product we make. So wherever you go, you can take the adventure with you. Every design we create is based off of real life stories, campfire tales and adventures that took place out in the wild.

Finn and Burk Trading Company wouldn’t exist without the adventures we’ve had out in the grand Alaskan Wilderness. We want to preserve the wild to the best of our abilities so that generations after us can enjoy it’s beauty and their own adventures within it.
Mother Earth is the only beautiful planet we’ve got and we aim to protect her at all costs. We also want to care for her beautiful creatures that live within her majestic wilderness. For we truly believe one can’t enjoy fully the spirit of the wild unless they embrace it’s wilderness with love and respect.
That’s why ten percent of each purchase goes immediately back into wilderness preservation to help sustain our natural environment.
